Trent Peterson, President & Chief Executive Officer |

Mr. Peterson joined Shera in 2008 and brings a diverse background and experience in emerging technology and international business development at both large and small organizations. Prior to joining Shera, Mr. Peterson was employed by VeriSign with time spent in mobile banking, RFID, and strategic accounts. Past experience includes operational, partner and global management roles in enterprise software and a number of technology startups. Mr. Peterson has extensive Asia Pacific experience and is proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese. He holds an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah.

John was a finance executive with General Electric for 10 years with cross-disciplined experience in general accounting, commercial finance, sourcing finance, manufacturing finance, financial planning and audit, pricing, six sigma and digitization. John earned a B.S. in Finance from Fudan University and is a graduate of GE's Financial Management Program. |

Justin Anderson, Vice President, International Operations |

Mr. Anderson joins Blue Bamboo with 15 years of experience in transforming technology firms. Prior to Blue Bamboo Mr. Anderson spent almost 10 years as a Vice President with leading software companies Peoplesoft(acquired by Oracle), and Baan(now SSA Global). Mr. Anderson has also helped raise over $75 Million in venture capital in Executive Management functions at Nextpage(some assets sold to Fastsearch(now Fast-wholly owned subsidiary of Microsoft), Poinsterve and Solutionbank/Scient(now Microsoft Advertising). Justin began his career with a leading Fortune 50 Financial Institution and earned a B.S. and B.A in Economics and Spanish from Brigham Young University.

Prior to joining Shera he was the VP of Operations for a California based telecommunications company operating throughout the United State. During his 13 years with this company he performed many duties including design, engineering, sales and operations. |

Chongde has almost 30 years experience in manufacturing and management from information technology industry. He used to be in General Manager position in two financial information integration companies. Prior to joining Blue Bamboo, he was GM, East China of Hypercom. Chongde has an MBA from Macau Science & Technology University and B.S. in computer science from Shanghai Industry University. |

Kaishen Zhu, Chief Technology Officer |

Kaishen is an expert in security and smart card payment technologies. He is well recognized in China's Public Key Industry (PKI) and has worked on Secure Electronic Transaction Products that include e-wallet, payment gateways, merchant systems, Certificate Authority systems and e-commerce platforms. He is actively involved in development efforts for China's national identification card cryptographic and biometric features. He has co-founded two startup companies, GSSL and Deltaknot. He is presently an active member of Global Platform's device committee. Kaishen graduated from Jiao Tong University with a B.S. in Physics. |

Matt was co-founder and the Chief Architect of Digital Communication Technologies. Prior to DCT, Matt participated in academic endeavors including two years at the German National Research Centre for Computer Science & Mathematics, Technical Director at DSPG Ltd., and three years research at the University of Westminster, London. Matt graduated from the University of Illinois (Chicago) and earned an M.S. from the Technical University of Gdansk, Poland. |

Peter joins Shera with over 17 years of Sourcing and Manufacturing experience. Prior to joining Shera, Peter was the CTO & Director of Integrated Manufacturability Technology Division, Micro Star International (MSI), based in Shenzhen. He was previously a Vice President for manufacturing with Hong Kong Konka Group. Peter has more than 10 years of overseas / U.S. work experience, including 4 years with Solectron Corporation followed by 7 years with Sun Microsystems, where his last position was Senior Director, Asian Supply Chain. Peter earned an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University and a B.S. in Mechanical Design Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.

Sylvia has 10 years of management experience in Human Resources and Administration. She joined Shera in Taiwan during 2001 and relocated to China in 2003 to lead Human Resource operations for Shera Group. Prior to Shera, she was the Human Resource director for China Chemical Synthesis Industrial Co., Ltd., the largest bulk pharmaceutical manufacturer in Taiwan. Sylvia has expertise in all aspects of Human Resources activities including organization design, recruiting, workforce restructuring, employee relations compensation, benefits and training. |

Jack He has eight years experience in enterprise information system management. Besides IT operation management, he is good at facilitating innovation and integrated enterprise solutions for business automation and optimization. Prior to joining Blue Bamboo, Jack worked as IT leader for TSI China responsible for the IT operation of Shanghai office and other three factories in Jiangsu province. Jack earned B.A. in Computer Network from Fudan University and B.A in Material Science from Nanjing University of Science & Technology. |
