Mr. Peterson joined Shera in 2008 and brings a diverse background and experience in emerging technology and international business development at both large and small organizations. Prior to joining Shera, Mr. Peterson was employed by VeriSign with time spent in mobile banking, RFID, and strategic accounts. Past experience includes operational, partner and global management roles in enterprise software and a number of technology startups. Mr. Peterson has extensive Asia Pacific experience and is proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese. He holds an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah.

Mr. Anderson is a 20 year veteran of the technology industry with successful experience in transforming firms in highly competitive and fast growth markets. Prior to Blue Bamboo Mr. Anderson served 10 years as a Vice President with leading software companies Peoplesoft (acquired by Oracle), and Baan(now Infor). Mr. Anderson has also helped raise over $75 Million in venture capital in Executive Management functions at Nextpage (some assets sold to Fastsearch (now Fast-wholly owned subsidiary of Microsoft), Poinsterve and Solutionbank/Scient (now Microsoft Advertising). Justin began his career with a leading Fortune 50 Financial Institution. |

Mr. Lizasoain has spent more than 25 years on systems design and software implementations. Back in Argentina he mainly focused on municipal government solutions but switched to the payment industry when he moved to USA. In 1999, while working with a startup company in Colorado, he participated in the development of the first mobile payment application implemented for Palm OS integrated directly with First Data processing platform. Since then, Guillermo has been working on every aspect of payment processing from payment gateways implementations and management, bill payment kiosk systems and networks, direct payment processor integrations to POS hardware and software architecture projects. He has thorough knowledge and deep understanding of payment processing and PCI requirements, rules and regulations.
Since joining Blue Bamboo in 2007, Guillermo has worked with payment processors, systems integrators, banks, payment gateways, hardware manufactures, software developers, service providers and more on a global scale helping them coming up with innovative solutions based on Blue Bamboo products that are both sound and extremely affordable. |

Gary joins Blue Bamboo with 13 years of experience in POS and related industry. His main background and experience includes the fields of Product Design and Implementation, Marketing, Technical Support, Supply Chain Management and Strategic Planning. Gary has expertise in all aspects of POS hardware & software technologies and productizing, banking device design, card system design, and relevant technical specifications.
Gary brings to Blue Bamboo a proven track record of executing successful Product Development, Contactless Payment Solutions, Sales & Marketing, and Post-Sale Services for POS companies. |

Chongde has almost 30 years experience in manufacturing and management from information technology industry. He used to be in General Manager position in two financial information integration companies. Prior to joining Blue Bamboo, he was GM, East China of Hypercom. Chongde has an MBA from Macau Science & Technology University and B.S. in computer science from Shanghai Industry University. |

Sylvia has 10 years of management experience in Human Resources and Administration. She joined Shera in Taiwan during 2001 and relocated to China in 2003 to lead Human Resource operations for Shera Group. Prior to Shera, she was the Human Resource director for China Chemical Synthesis Industrial Co., Ltd., the largest bulk pharmaceutical manufacturer in Taiwan. Sylvia has expertise in all aspects of Human Resources activities including organization design, recruiting, workforce restructuring, employee relations compensation, benefits and training. |
