Resellers: Blue Bamboo offers many support documents on its Download Center below and is the first step to finding answers to your technical questions. If you cannot find answers to your questions in the Download Center, then please submit a Support Ticket and a representative will contact you shortly regarding your issue.

Support Ticket

Merchants: Please contact your ISO/Reseller directly. Blue Bamboo does not offer merchant support, but insures that each one of it's resellers does offer level 1 and level 2 support to their customers. In many cases, Blue Bamboo resellers do offer 24x7 support. In case you do not know your reseller, please feel free to submit a ticket requesting help to locate your reseller. Please include your serial number as that will be mandatory for Blue Bamboo to assist.
